Air Europa, the award winning Latin American Specialist airline is looking to recruit a new Marketing Executive to join its UK team based in Central London.

Enthusiastic, highly motivated, resourceful, and professional; the successful candidate will be a self-starter with the desire to work within a results driven environment.

To complement our existing team, you will be educated to degree level, with previous marketing experience, (airline experience is preferable).  You will be an excellent communicator, both internally and externally, with first class analytical skills, and an ability to cope with a changing, fast-paced environment.

 

Marketing Responsibilities to include:

  • Preparing and managing marketing plans and budgets (cash, barter deal, prize flights) and track of marketing invoice.
  • Create a marketing plan calendar which includes promotional campaigns, advertisement, events & sponsorships.
  • Producing reports of marketing activities to Head Office
  • Manage, plan and organize participation at trade shows & similar events.
  • Identification of new partnership agreements with different organizations in exchange for services or flights.
  • Contribute to the creation of Barter deal/Sponsorship contracts.
  • Request artworks for adverts, banners, official communications, and merchandising.
  • Ownership of all Air Europa info found in different channels.
  • Responsible for a professional, accurate and consistent communication of the brand and services on presentations, artworks, leaflets and merchandising; following branding guidelines.
  • Managing the production of promotional material.
  • Support commercial team with promotional material for training, events or incentives (red letter days)
  • Liaising with other internal departments such as sales and administration.
  • Updating Trade database.
  • Support sales team with Trade communications with agents (fare promotions/campaigns)
  • Development of social media activities in coordination with HQ Social media department.

 

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • University Degree
  • Fluent in Spanish & English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Negotiating Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office products (e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint)
  • Excellent presentations skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Social Media expertise
  • Marketing qualification is advantage
  • Knowledge of the UK market in relation to the Latin American travel market.
  • Airline or Travel & Tourism experience

 

Package includes:

  • £25,000 - £30,000 annual gross salary (subject to experience)
  • 25 days holiday per year.
  • Travel benefits.
