To support Singapore Airlines E-Commerce & Direct Marketing efforts from the UK & Ireland, coordinating commercial objectives for the SIA brand through digital marketing and direct engagement campaigns in conjunction with Regional Digital Marketing Department Europe [RDMD].
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform webmaster duties for singaporeair.com (SAA) UK & Ireland.
- Support local content marketing initiatives to maximize organic traffic to our corporate website.
- Assist the team in the creation and implementation of new Direct Marketing initiatives alongside overall Marketing Development MOU campaigns.
- Coordinate campaign planning, execution and reporting of campaigns via RDMD to achieve commercial objectives.
- Coordinate UK social media activities with RDMD, providing local insights.
- Coordinate in the creation of new digital marketing assets, assisting with creative adaptations.
- Assist in marketing and developing the KrisFlyer and any other customer data program to engage with current members and grow UK/I membership.
- Support Loyalty Marketing Executive in the creation and implementation of eDM communications for UK & Ireland.
- Assist with the coordination of online budgets ensuring payments are handled efficiently.
- Assist with the coordination of affiliate marketing.
- Assist the team in the activation of Head Office / Regional Office led initiatives.
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned such as ad-hoc special projects.
PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior experience in digital marketing in either an airline, travel organisation or agency
- A good understanding of digital marketing performance metrics, techniques and campaigns will be required.
- Strong planning and organising skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and results focused
- Good analytical skills
- Self-motivated and fully accountable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English; other languages desirable
You must have the unrestricted right to work and live in the UK and the ability to obtain and retain an airside pass.
