Customer Relations Discussion Group (CRDG)

The CRDG is a forum for airline Customer Relations professionals to network and discuss issues on various topics relevant to the customer relations environment within the airline industry.  The CRDG is not formally associated with BAR UK but it's aims and activities are supported by the Board.

Four meetings are held each year in the London area.

The group adheres strictly to anti-trust regulations and members and guest speakers may not engage in discussion (formal or informal) on any subject which would have the potential to co-ordinate or affect members’ competitive behavior in any market in which they are active. Specifically, all attendees of the Group will not enter discussions which could bear upon an individual carrier’s decisions in relation to:

• Fares, capacity, service levels, distribution channels (on board, hard and soft products)
• Commercial competition and debate between member airlines

Is your airline an active member?

There is an annual membership subscription of £60.00 to cover basic costs.
